Iris Carter is the president and CEO of BDC & Associates, Incorporated, a Maryland based company that specializes in developing creative solutions for small business owners to establish corporate credit.  In addition, she is the founder of Corporate Fast Track, the business credit-marketing arm of BDC, Inc. and the Micro Enterprise Business Alliance, which addresses the concern of increased operating costs and the lack of available financial resources to fund them.
